Il \u00e9tait une source de dignit\u00e9, de contribution et de fiert\u00e9 personnelle. Aujourd\u2019hui, ce rapport est en train de se transformer, et pas n\u00e9cessairement pour le mieux. Dans plusieurs organisations qu\u00e9b\u00e9coises, le travail est devenu presque secondaire. On valorise davantage la flexibilit\u00e9, les loisirs, la qualit\u00e9 de vie\u2026 souvent au d\u00e9triment de la qualit\u00e9 et de la port\u00e9e r\u00e9elle du travail accompli.<\/p>\n<p>Soyons clairs : rechercher l\u2019\u00e9quilibre n\u2019est pas le probl\u00e8me. Le v\u00e9ritable enjeu, c\u2019est que nous avons progressivement vid\u00e9 le travail de ce qui lui donnait du sens : la performance, l\u2019atteinte d\u2019objectifs clairs, la ma\u00eetrise d\u2019un m\u00e9tier, et surtout, la fiert\u00e9 de contribuer \u00e0 quelque chose qui d\u00e9passe l\u2019individu.<\/p>\n<p>Cette perte n\u2019est pas seulement philosophique.
