Notre ego adore penser cela. Pourtant, nous devons l&#8217;admettre, il n&#8217;y a pas de recette parfaite lorsque vient le temps de g\u00e9rer du personnel. On peut certes s&#8217;appuyer sur des concepts cl\u00e9s, c&#8217;est un excellent point de d\u00e9part. Cependant, nous sommes rapidement confront\u00e9s \u00e0 de la r\u00e9sistance.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;agilit\u00e9 a certainement \u00e9t\u00e9 un terme tr\u00e8s \u00e0 la mode dans les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Il est venu remplacer le &#8220;multi t\u00e2ches &#8221; maintenant consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme l&#8217;ennemi de la productivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et si nous n&#8217;avions pas enti\u00e8rement compris le sens de l&#8217;agilit\u00e9 d&#8217;un point de vue humain?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour prendre la bonne posture de gestion, il faut savoir \u00e0 qui l&#8217;on s&#8217;adresse. Parler la bonne couleur va bien au-del\u00e0 des mots.<\/p>\n<h3>L&#8217;analyse psychom\u00e9trique au c\u0153ur de la controverse.<\/h3>\n<p>L&#8217;analyse psychom\u00e9trique est un outil. Il n&#8217;est pas une \u0153uvre du diable pour discriminer les gens. Il nous permet de comprendre les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences cognitives d&#8217;une personne, comprendre ses besoins et ses motivations et \u00e9valuer ses habilet\u00e9s et son potentiel de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tant une grande d\u00e9fenderesse de la formation continue, il faut admettre que nous n&#8217;avons pas tou.tes le potentiel de devenir astronaute, moi la premi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Travailler \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur de sa zone de talents permet de se tracer une route qui fait du sens selon nos forces et renforcir notre confiance en soi. Parfois, nous n&#8217;avons juste pas le bon &#8220;casting&#8221; pour un poste. Ce n&#8217;est pas de la discrimination. C&#8217;est reconnaitre nos limitations.<\/p>\n<h3>La connaissance des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences cognitives pour faire les bons choix.<\/h3>\n<p>On ne peut pas forcer un rond dans un carr\u00e9. Certaines personnes sont fondamentalement introverties et auront de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 entretenir des relations engageantes au quotidien. Elles ont donc besoin d&#8217;utiliser une plus grande source d&#8217;\u00e9nergie pour y arriver. Ce n&#8217;est pas impossible. C&#8217;est plus difficile.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines personnes sont au contraire des papillons sociaux qui aiment cr\u00e9er et entretenir des relations. Ces personnes carburent \u00e0 l&#8217;humain et d\u00e9priment lorsqu&#8217;elles sont appel\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00eatre dans leurs bulles trop longtemps.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines personnes sont des fanatiques de la liste de t\u00e2ches d\u00e9taill\u00e9e et d&#8217;autres pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent se laisser guider par l&#8217;intuition. Il n&#8217;y a personne qui a le m\u00eame mode d&#8217;emploi. C&#8217;est pourquoi nous sommes appel\u00e9.es \u00e0 constamment nous adapter.<\/p>\n<h3>L&#8217;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 du potentiel et la dure r\u00e9alit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/h3>\n<p>Nous n&#8217;avons pas tou.tes le potentiel de devenir de grand.es leaders. Nous pouvons cependant tou.tes d\u00e9velopper notre leadership et nos comportements de gestion si nous comprenons le jeu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La gestion comprend deux volets: la m\u00e9canique et la pratique. Il y a des \u00e9tapes m\u00e9caniques pour g\u00e9rer. On planifie, on organise, on suit, on ajuste, etc. C&#8217;est simple comme une \u00e9quitation math\u00e9matique. Pourtant, la recette du g\u00e2teau ne fonctionne pas toujours. Pourquoi? Parce que nous r\u00e9agissons tous diff\u00e9remment aux situations et aux personnes. Les comportements sont impr\u00e9visibles et sujets \u00e0 une panoplie de surprises&#8230; Sauf&#8230; Si nous avons des outils psychom\u00e9triques connus et compris qui nous permettent d&#8217;anticiper des r\u00e9actions, comme la r\u00e9sistance aux changements ou encore le besoin de contr\u00f4ler par exemple.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La compr\u00e9hension des comportements humains est fort probablement LE meilleur outil pour d\u00e9velopper son potentiel et accepter ses limites. Si chacun de nous prenions le temps d&#8217;avoir une bonne discussion avec soi-m\u00eame pour se dire les vraies choses, on sauverait beaucoup de temps et de souffrance et essayer de devenir ce que nous ne sommes pas. C&#8217;est la dure r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e0 accepter. Le plus t\u00f4t nous reconnaissons nos zones d&#8217;ombres, le plus facilement on s&#8217;\u00e9loigne du mur qu&#8217;on aurait in\u00e9vitablement frapp\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est la m\u00eame r\u00e9alit\u00e9 pour la gestion des employ\u00e9.es. Parfois nous avons beaucoup d&#8217;espoir pour quelqu&#8217;un qui n&#8217;a pas le potentiel. C&#8217;est comme \u00e7a qu&#8217;on met en poste des gens qui sont techniquement bons dans un r\u00f4le de leader pour les voir \u00e9chouer et se demander pourquoi c&#8217;est arriv\u00e9!<\/p>\n<p>Ne soyons pas pessimistes! Nous pouvons toujours nous am\u00e9liorer. Mais l&#8217;\u00e9nergie d\u00e9pens\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un talent qui n&#8217;est pas le n\u00f4tre au lieu de mettre son \u00e9nergie au profit de ses talents naturels donnera des r\u00e9sultats forts diff\u00e9rents. Faisons les bons choix pour nous nous-m\u00eames et utilisons les talents de notre \u00e9quipe intelligemment.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Cessons de vouloir devenir ce que nous ne sommes pas et focussons sur notre potentiel atteignable. C&#8217;est ce qu&#8217;un bon outil psychom\u00e9trique nous permet de comprendre si nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 travailler avec celui-ci.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes uniques. Travaillons dans nos forces pour prendre un maximum d&#8217;altitude dans nos sph\u00e8res personnelle et professionnelle.
