Elle doit \u00eatre un moteur de transformation et d\u2019am\u00e9lioration continue. C\u2019est exactement la mission de la s\u00e9rie Le Fil Conducteur, qui vise \u00e0 aider les gestionnaires et les employ\u00e9.es \u00e0 passer de la th\u00e9orie \u00e0 l\u2019action.<\/p><p>Pour la deuxi\u00e8me s\u00e9rie de Le Fil Conducteur, nous mettons l\u2019accent sur un d\u00e9fi majeur : l\u2019application concr\u00e8te des apprentissages. Trop souvent, les formations s\u2019accumulent sans r\u00e9el impact, faute de suivi et d\u2019engagement. Ce blogue met en lumi\u00e8re l\u2019importance d\u2019agir apr\u00e8s une formation et propose des strat\u00e9gies pour assurer une r\u00e9elle transformation organisationnelle.<\/p><h3><strong>Sortir de l\u2019inaction : Un choix n\u00e9cessaire<\/strong><\/h3><p>La formation est un investissement en temps, en argent et en \u00e9nergie. Pourtant, il peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s frustrant pour un.e formateur.trice de constater que les gestionnaires ou les employ\u00e9.es form\u00e9.es ne se mettent pas en action apr\u00e8s une formation. L&#8217;apprentissage ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas \u00e0 la fin de la session; c\u2019est apr\u00e8s que le vrai travail commence.<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s une formation, chaque personne doit prendre son sort en main et foncer pour que les choses changent. Accepter de prendre un chemin diff\u00e9rent est le premier pas vers des r\u00e9sultats concrets. Si nous voulons voir un changement r\u00e9el, nous devons nous engager \u00e0 faire autrement. Il ne suffit pas d\u2019accumuler les connaissances, il faut les mettre en pratique.<\/p><p>Au passage comme \u00e7a, je vous pose la question\u00a0: \u00cates-vous pr\u00eat.es \u00e0 sortir de l\u2019inaction? \u00cates-vous pr\u00eat.es \u00e0 faire le n\u00e9cessaire pour avoir du succ\u00e8s? Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez-vous vous contenter des miettes que les autres, qui se mettent en action pour vrai, vous laissent?<\/p><h3><strong>Pourquoi investir si rien ne change?<\/strong><\/h3><p>Pourquoi une entreprise devrait-elle d\u00e9penser des milliers de dollars en formation si personne ne met en pratique les concepts appris? Je souhaite voir des dirigeant.es qui demandent plus d\u2019imputabilit\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s l\u2019embauche d\u2019un cabinet-conseil comme le n\u00f4tre, je crois que les dirigeant.es veulent voir un VRAI changement. Je crois qu\u2019ils.elles sont en droit de s\u2019attendre \u00e0 voir leur \u00e9quipe s\u2019\u00e9lever.<\/p><p>Mesdames et Messieurs les dirigeant.es, je suis curieux de vous entendre\u00a0: Pourquoi ne pas exiger, de vos \u00e9quipes, du vrai changement apr\u00e8s avoir investi dans la carri\u00e8re de chacun des acteurs, de chacune des actrices qui travaille au sein de VOTRE organisation?<\/p><p><strong>Il est essentiel de :<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Valider les apprentissages aupr\u00e8s des employ\u00e9.es form\u00e9.es.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Assurer le suivi de la mise en place des nouvelles pratiques.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Int\u00e9grer des m\u00e9canismes de responsabilisation.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Si personne ne s&#8217;assure du suivi, la formation devient un simple <em><u>exercice th\u00e9orique sans impact r\u00e9el<\/u><\/em> sur l\u2019organisation.<\/p><h3><strong>Le syndrome de l\u2019attente<\/strong><\/h3><p>Trop souvent, nous observons une inertie collective. Tout le monde attend que quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre bouge en premier. Les excuses s\u2019accumulent:<\/p><ul><li><strong><em>\u00ab \u00c7a ne changera jamais de toute fa\u00e7on. \u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><em>\u00ab Je suis trop occup\u00e9.e pour op\u00e9rer des changements. \u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><em>\u00ab Je n\u2019ai pas le temps de prendre le temps. \u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>R\u00e9sultat : personne ne s\u2019engage et tout le monde finit par se laver les mains du projet. La facilit\u00e9 de ne rien faire l\u2019emporte.<\/p><h3><strong>R\u00e9veillez-vous!<\/strong><\/h3><p>Soyons honn\u00eates : nous voulons tous que les choses \u00e9voluent, mais nous ne sommes pas toujours pr\u00eat.es \u00e0 faire l\u2019effort n\u00e9cessaire. La p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 du changement exige du courage et de l\u2019engagement. Il faut :<\/p><ul><li><strong>D\u00e9signer des ambassadeur.drices du changement.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>\u00catre pr\u00eat.e \u00e0 soutenir un projet \u00e0 long terme.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Accepter de sortir de notre zone de confort.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Travailler ensemble au lieu de porter seul le poids du changement.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Passez \u00e0 l\u2019action : Travaillez en \u00e9quipe!<\/strong><\/h3><p>Le changement ne repose pas sur une seule personne. Trouvez-vous des alli\u00e9.es! Formez un comit\u00e9 qui planifiera les changements en fonction des apprentissages re\u00e7us. Impliquez-vous et partagez la charge. Voici quelques strat\u00e9gies concr\u00e8tes pour y arriver :<\/p><p><strong><u>Tout d\u2019abord, commencez avec la base<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Cr\u00e9er<\/strong> un comit\u00e9 charg\u00e9 de la mise en place des apprentissages.<\/li><li><strong>\u00c9tablir<\/strong> un \u00e9ch\u00e9ancier \u00e0 chaque r\u00e9union post-formation.<\/li><li><strong>Donner<\/strong> des responsabilit\u00e9s pr\u00e9cises aux membres du comit\u00e9.<\/li><li><strong>Assurer<\/strong> un suivi r\u00e9gulier et \u00e9viter la procrastination.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><u>Ensuite, soyez un.e agent.e du changement<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Appliquez un ou deux concepts \u00e0 la fois.<\/li><li>Arr\u00eatez de chercher la perfection, essayez la progression. \ud83d\ude09<\/li><li>Acceptez d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter et d\u2019apprendre de vos erreurs.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><u>Dites-le haut et fort, la formation concerne tout le monde<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>M\u00eame <strong>les gestionnaires d\u2019exp\u00e9rience<\/strong> peuvent croire que la formation ne leur apporte rien de nouveau. Pourtant, il est essentiel de :<\/p><ul><li>Revenir aux bases pour renforcer ses comp\u00e9tences.<\/li><li>Accepter de d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes.<\/li><li>Red\u00e9couvrir son travail avec un regard neuf.<\/li><li>\u00catre un mod\u00e8le pour les autres.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Alors, vous commencez par quoi?<\/strong><\/p><p>Si vous \u00eates dirigeant.es et que vous pr\u00e9voyez offrir une formation \u00e0 vos gestionnaires ou employ\u00e9.es sur une p\u00e9riode prolong\u00e9e, assurez-vous de bien pr\u00e9parer le terrain. Suscitez l\u2019enthousiasme en expliquant clairement pourquoi cette formation est mise en place et quels en sont les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices. Donnez aux participant.es un r\u00f4le actif dans son succ\u00e8s en les responsabilisant d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part. Enfin, rappelez-leur que la formation, aussi pertinente soit-elle, ne changera rien sans leur engagement et leur implication active.
