Selon \u00ab Les Affaires \u00bb, 59 % des employeurs soutiennent que leurs employ\u00e9.es veulent des avantages sociaux hautement flexibles et personnalisables.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<h3><strong>R\u00e9inventer les avantages sociaux : des solutions sur mesure.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><br \/><\/strong>Plut\u00f4t que d\u2019avoir des r\u00e9gimes d\u2019assurances sociaux qui sont statiques et qui ne parlent pas \u00e0 vos employ\u00e9.es, pourquoi ne pas mettre de l\u2019avant des programmes faits sur mesure pour vos \u00e9quipes ? Des avantages sociaux offerts sous forme de blocs d\u2019options mall\u00e9ables en fonction des besoins de vos employ\u00e9.es. Ce n\u2019est donc pas une bonne id\u00e9e de couper dans nos r\u00e9gimes d\u2019assurance collective. Vous avez des \u00e9quipes de maintenance pr\u00e9ventive en usine pour vos machines. Peut-on avoir de la maintenance pr\u00e9ventive pour la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re de votre organisation ?<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<h3><strong>La maintenance pr\u00e9ventive : un mod\u00e8le \u00e0 appliquer \u00e0 vos \u00e9quipes.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><br \/><\/strong>Ta solution, on l\u2019a d\u00e9j\u00e0 entendue, Sylvain\u2026 Le probl\u00e8me, c\u2019est que vous ne faites rien avec ma solution. Mon point, c\u2019est que si l\u2019on d\u00e9veloppe une culture de gens en sant\u00e9, on aura moins besoin de r\u00e9parer (comme avec vos machines dans l\u2019usine). Moins de consultations m\u00e9dicales, moins de m\u00e9dicaments, moins d\u2019absent\u00e9isme, moins d\u2019invalidit\u00e9, moins de probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 mentale, moins de roulement d\u2019employ\u00e9.es. C\u2019est aussi simple que \u00e7a. On ne peut pas se permettre d\u2019attendre que le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 prenne soin de nos \u00e9quipes \u00e0 notre place. Parce que devinez quoi ? Le syst\u00e8me est d\u00e9bord\u00e9, de toute fa\u00e7on. C\u2019est un mini gym dans la salle de rangement qui ne sert \u00e0 rien. C\u2019est du temps accord\u00e9 pour bouger. Ce sont des gestionnaires qui donnent l\u2019exemple. Et surtout, \u00e7a fait toute une diff\u00e9rence sur le plan humain, sur l\u2019engagement, la fiert\u00e9, la productivit\u00e9 et l\u2019ambiance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. \u00c7a, aucun r\u00e9gime d\u2019assurance ne peut vous le vendre.
