N&#8217;attendons pas de terminer comme les anim\u00e9s des &#8220;Jetson&#8221;!<\/p><h2><strong>Le cerveau en mouvement : un alli\u00e9 inattendu<\/strong><\/h2><p>Loin d\u2019\u00eatre une simple affaire de sant\u00e9 ou d\u2019apparence, bouger r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement constitue un levier puissant de performance cognitive, \u00e9motionnelle et relationnelle. Autrement dit, les meilleures id\u00e9es ne naissent pas toujours en r\u00e9union, mais parfois entre deux trottoirs.
