respecter.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<p><strong>Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tu regardes les autres.<\/p>\n<p>Leur rythme.<br \/>Leur performance.<br \/>Leur fa\u00e7on de faire.<\/p>\n<p>Et sans t\u2019en rendre compte\u2026<br \/>tu commences \u00e0 ajuster la tienne.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le sport, c\u2019est une erreur fr\u00e9quente.<br \/>En gestion, c\u2019est une erreur qui co\u00fbte cher.<\/p>\n<p>Parce que ce n\u2019est pas parce que quelqu\u2019un autour de toi fait les choses d\u2019une certaine fa\u00e7on\u2026<br \/>que cette fa\u00e7on est la bonne pour toi.<\/p>\n<p>Et le jour o\u00f9 tu l\u2019oublies, tu commences \u00e0 t\u2019\u00e9loigner de ce qui te fait r\u00e9ellement progresser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Se comparer, c\u2019est sortir de son propre parcours<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En course, c\u2019est simple.<\/p>\n<p>Tu pars \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de quelqu\u2019un qui va plus vite.<br \/>Tu t\u2019accroches.<\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but, tu tiens.<br \/>Apr\u00e8s, tu forces.<\/p>\n<p>Et \u00e0 un moment donn\u00e9\u2026 tu casses.<\/p>\n<p>Pas parce que tu n\u2019es pas capable.<br \/>Parce que ce n\u2019\u00e9tait pas ton rythme.<\/p>\n<p>En gestion, c\u2019est pareil.<\/p>\n<p>Tu observes un coll\u00e8gue.<br \/>Tu compares tes d\u00e9cisions.<br \/>Tu doutes de ton instinct.<\/p>\n<p>Et tranquillement, tu ne g\u00e8res plus en fonction de toi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ton rythme, c\u2019est ta responsabilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le sport, personne ne peut courir \u00e0 ta place.<\/p>\n<p>Ton corps te parle.<br \/>Ton \u00e9nergie te guide.<\/p>\n<p>Si tu ignores \u00e7a\u2026 tu le paies.<\/p>\n<p>En gestion, c\u2019est moins visible\u2026 mais c\u2019est tout aussi r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque gestionnaire :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c0 son v\u00e9cu<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 ses forces<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 sa fa\u00e7on d\u2019interagir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Et c\u2019est \u00e7a qui doit guider tes d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n<p>Pas ce que tu vois chez les autres.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le vrai co\u00fbt de la comparaison<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se comparer, ce n\u2019est pas innocent.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7a te fait :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Douter inutilement<\/li>\n<li>Perdre ton focus<\/li>\n<li>Diminuer ta confiance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Et en gestion, \u00e7a se voit.<\/p>\n<p>Pas dans tes intentions.<br \/>Dans ta posture.<\/p>\n<p>Un gestionnaire qui n\u2019est pas align\u00e9\u2026<br \/>c\u2019est un gestionnaire qui devient instable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Arr\u00eate de regarder \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pas parce que les autres ne sont pas bons.<br \/>Mais parce que \u00e7a ne te rend pas meilleur.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le sport comme en gestion,<br \/>ton seul vrai point de
