      A first-level supervisor plays a key role in communication between management and employees, and is responsible for mobilising the team, resolving conflicts, setting objectives and assessing performance.<\/p>

      Developing the skills of a first-level supervisor will ensure that the team is well led, that objectives are met and that employees are satisfied with their working environment.<\/p>
