        Module 1 - Manager, coach and leader : The NOVA Concept as a powerful leadership development tool.<\/strong><\/h3>

        This first module aims to help participants recognise their natural leadership style and develop the skills and competencies to exercise it effectively, while adopting other styles depending on the individual and the situation. They will learn to identify and understand the personality types of the members of their team so that they can intervene appropriately to achieve their objectives more effectively.<\/p>

By using the right diagnostic tools and problem identification strategies, it is possible to eliminate bottlenecks and improve team performance.<\/p>

                  This module will enable participants to use a structured decision-making process to solve problems effectively.
