Terms and conditions

Clause 1: Purpose

The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of Complexe X and its customer in the context of the sale of the following services: online training. Any service provided by Complexe X therefore implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Clause 2: Price

The prices of the courses sold are those in force on the day the order is placed. They are denominated in Canadian dollars and calculated exclusive of tax. Consequently, they will be increased by the GST/QST rate and transport costs if applicable on the day the order is placed.
Complexe X reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the training courses ordered at the prices indicated when the order is placed.

Clause 3: Discounts 

The prices quoted include any discounts and rebates that Complexe X may grant on the basis of its results or the fact that the purchaser is responsible for certain services.

Clause 4: Discount

No discount will be granted for early payment.

Clause 5: Terms of payment

Orders can be paid for either by Visa or Mastercard. When the order is registered, the buyer pays the total amount of the invoice to gain access to the course.

Clause 6: Default of payment

In the event of non-payment, the transaction will be automatically rejected by the system.

Clause 7: Intellectual property reserve clause

Complexe X retains the intellectual property rights to the training courses sold. 

Clause 8: Delivery

The training course is delivered by sending a user code by email. Access to training is immediate. Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the training will not entitle the purchaser to the award of damages.

Clause 9: Force majeure

Complexe X cannot be held responsible if the non-execution or delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these general terms and conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. In this respect, force majeure is defined as any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of the law.
