Module 1 - Manager, coach and leader : The NOVA Concept as a powerful leadership development tool.

This first module aims to help participants recognise their natural leadership style and develop the skills and competencies to exercise it effectively, while adopting other styles depending on the individual and the situation. They will learn to identify and understand the personality types of the members of their team so that they can intervene appropriately to achieve their objectives more effectively.

Module 2 Diagnose your operations

This module highlights the importance of taking a step back from the conduct of operations in order to work in a macro way on the efficiency gains to be generated. By using the right diagnostic tools and problem identification strategies, it is possible to eliminate bottlenecks and improve team performance.

Module 3 - Impact communication and teamwork.

This module focuses on the use of communication tools in field intervention. Participants will learn about different communication styles and strategies and the key elements of teamwork to optimise performance. By using the right communication tools, they will be able to ensure the impact and effectiveness of their messages and interventions on their team.

Module 4 - Effective change management.

In this module, participants will learn how to effectively lead their team through change. They will learn how to create and communicate a change plan in order to secure the plan, encourage buy-in and commitment from the team, and develop an inspiring discourse to mobilise through change.

Module 5 - Decision-making and problem-solving.

This module will enable participants to use a structured decision-making process to solve problems effectively. They will explore the different stages involved in problem solving, recognise their personal strengths and limitations and develop their ability to demonstrate managerial courage in their decisions.

Module 6 - Conflict management and difficult personalities.

The final module will deal with conflict management and difficult personalities. Participants will learn how to intervene and monitor in a context of conflict, and how to manage the problems at source. They will be able to recognise the escalation of conflicts and tensions and navigate through the various stages of resolution.
