Available à la carte: Private naturopathic assessment, individual training plan. Insurance receipt available for private consultations. 4 places available in naturopathy and 4 places available in training plan.

The weekend can be booked in your company's name and charged as a training fee. Please indicate this on the booking form.

Julie and Sylvain are both passionate about health, training and personal development. With their backgrounds and various certifications, Julie and Sylvain complement each other perfectly when it comes to organising activities that contribute to a person's overall development.
 
Julie and Sylvain are two dynamic, authentic coaches who love to have fun in everything they do. 
 
In addition to their expertise in management skills, both have complementary backgrounds in health and well-being. Julie is a naturopath specialising in micro- and macro-nutrition, and Sylvain in sports training.
