The aim of the Performance Leadership programme is to push leaders to their limits by becoming key players in change management, organisational transformation, process optimisation and the implementation of winning strategies for their teams.

 

Duration: 18 hours
Frequency: 6 x 3-hour meetings

Meeting 1: Understanding and applying the 10 qualities of a successful leader.

  • Learning to trust;
  • Set clear objectives;
  • To embody the company's values;
  • Encouraging the exchange of knowledge;
  • Recognising initiatives;
  • Encouraging and mobilising change
  • Taking care of yourself and setting limits;
  • Communicate authentically and transparently;
  • Practising active listening;
  • Be firm in your convictions.

Meeting 2: Transforming HR practices.

  • Using personality types to improve interaction;
  • Become a coach who trains coaches to have a drastic effect on the organisation;
  • Using co-development as a source of ideation and innovation;
  • Developing a skills grid to develop your team;
  • Use the development plan as a performance and mobilisation tool.

Meeting 3: Developing the human qualities of the successful leader.

  • Compassion versus empathy;
  • Getting involved while remaining directive and in control;
  • Understanding psychological needs in the workplace and factoring them into influencing strategies;
  • Influencing to move the company forward;

Meeting 4: «Kaizen» for performance.

  • The main principles of a kaizen;
  • Customer Journey« process mapping;
  • Understanding the PDCA principle«
  • Rethinking job rotation in an agile structure;
  • Incorporate continuous improvement into the company's culture.

Meeting 5: Convincing and negotiating your ideas.

  • Identify your communication style and fine-tune it;
  • Develop your sales pitch;
  • Present your ideas strategically;
  • Influencing opinion;
  • Generating support to move forward.

Meeting 6: Evaluating performance to achieve success.

  • Define KPIs that are relevant to your objectives;
  • Measuring the immeasurable (quantitative vs qualitative);
  • Build dashboards to monitor progress towards objectives;
  • Effective feedback techniques;
  • Managing non-performance quickly and effectively
